Springfield Dream Center Facility Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator helps ensure the Springfield Dream Center is a safe, welcoming, functional, and wellmaintained place for families, staff, and volunteers. This position stewards the interior and exterior of the building through hands-on basic maintenance, preventative maintenance systems, deferred maintenance planning, and coordination of outside contractors. The Facility Coordinator partners with Dream Center leadership and program staff to address facility needs, support applicable licensing and inspection requirements, and protect the long-term sustainability of the building. This role requires initiative, sound judgment, organization, communication, and a practical problem-solving mindset.
