Campus Pastor

The Campus Pastor leads the spiritual, cultural, and operational health of a North Point Church campus. This role exists to create environments where people can connect to Jesus, build meaningful community, and take next steps in their faith. The Campus Pastor provides leadership to staff and volunteers while ensuring excellent execution of North Point systems and weekend experiences. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership instincts, and a deep commitment to people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision, and direction for campus staff and volunteer teams
• Ensure all campus environments and communication align with the mission, vision, and values of North Point Church
• Evaluate and improve weekly weekend experiences through planning, reporting, and team collaboration
• Lead effective systems for connection, follow-up, and pastoral care across the campus
• Establish and achieve campus goals aligned with overall church strategy

Speaking & Teaching

• Serve as a campus communicator through preaching, hosting, and teaching when scheduled
• Communicate biblical truth in a clear, compelling, and culturally relevant way
• Partner with the Lead Pastor and teaching team to contextualize and deliver messages
• Represent North Point Church with authenticity, humility, and clarity from the stage

Pastoral Care & Community

• Provide pastoral care through one-on-one meetings, prayer, and discernment
• Lead campus follow-up workflows and connection strategies
• Maintain awareness of prayer needs and pastoral situations within the campus
• Create opportunities for community beyond weekend services through groups and serving

Leadership & Administration

• Identify strengths and growth areas on the campus and develop strategic action plans
• Lead, coach, and develop staff through feedback, reviews, and ongoing support
• Oversee campus budget, facilities, and resources responsibly
• Ensure consistent communication, accountability, and alignment across campus teams
