Create a safe place to find and follow Jesus for by preparing the lobby, auditorium and public spaces in a way that eliminates distractions and indicates we were expecting them.
The Guidelines

Arrive on time and attend the huddle.

Prep Team members should wear the provided ministry lanyard at all times. Part of creating a comfortable environment is being easily.

Connect with your Prep Team Lead. They will assign you to a particular area and communicate any details specific to the weekend.

Check public areas and restrooms before service and once service begins, make sure supplies are in place and the area is free of debris.

Create an excellent environment by cleaning up any spills you find, and ensuring trash cans are not overflowing. Change trash bags as needed.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby area as well as seating areas throughout the lobby.

Be available to assist with any housekeeping or maintenance needs that may occur.

Take any lost or left behind items, including keys, cell phones, jackets, and completed offering envelopes, to your Connections Team Pastor.

Assist in any area you see a need.

Ask and include others.

Refrain from eating, drinking, or using your phone while serving.

If you will miss your opportunity to serve, please inform your team lead.
