The Guidelines

Arrive on time and attend huddle.

Lobby Host should wear the provided ministry t-shirt and/or Lanyard at all times. Part of creating a safe place is being easily recognizable.

Be aware of upcoming events and review the app and website prior to serving.

Engage with those your come in contact with and practice the 5 questions.

Seek out those who appear lost, standing alone, or you don't know their name and engage them using the 5 questions.

- What brought you to North Point?
- You ever been to anything like this before?
- Have you been able to connect or find community here?
- How can I help?

Assist new guests by answering questions or walking with them to tour different areas of the church.

Have knowledge of each ministry area including ages and locations for Kid Point and Student ministries.

Ask and include others

Refrain from eating, drinking, or using your phone while serving.

If you will miss your opportunity to serve, please inform your service lead.
