The Guidelines

• Arrive on time and attend huddle.

• Team members should wear the provided ministry lanyard at all times. Part of creating a safe place is being easily recognizable.

• Connect with your Area Lead or Service Lead after checking in. They will assign you to a particular area and communicate any details specific to the weekend.

• Welcome everyone who approaches the coffee area and assist them as needed.

• Consistently provide drinks in a neat, well-presented area.

  • Coffee Host

    Coffee, specialty drinks, and water should be full when you arrive. Continue to brew coffee and keep drinks full throughout your serve time.

    Ensure each station is fully stocked with cups, lids, and condiments.

  • Brewing Team

    Arrive 2 hrs before service begins. Prepare coffee, speciality drinks, water and set up coffee bar. Once coffee host arrive, you are free to attend service.

• Maintain positive body language (smile, make eye contact, and stand with good posture).

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hospitality area as well as seating areas through the lobby.

• Stay in your assigned area until the message begins and refilling and/or clean-up is complete. Our team can't be successful without every member!

• Ask and include others.

• Refrain from eating, drinking, or using your phone while serving.

• If you will miss your opportunity to serve, please inform your team leader.
